  Had a worst experience this morning. Reached EBB @ 6:45 am. Only one person was working behind the counter. Figured it would take some time & patiently waited in line for people ahead of me to be helped. Finally, my turn came @ 7:05 am. Asked for hand picked bakers dozen...he did not like the idea and asked me to wait since it would take more time (how much.....45 extra seconds to fill up the box). He preferred to help the person behind me first......Took me 25 min to get bagels....apparently the next person's shift was not scheduled to start before 7:30 am...mornings are busy for everyone & I had to get to work too...... I have seen in the past that the staff is really not happy when you ask to have a hand picked bakers dozen...they want you to pick up the pre-packaged boxes, which lot of people do not like.

  I agree that this is a much better place to meet or work than the Starbucks next-door. Wi-Fi is a little slow, but if you aren't streaming things you should be fine.

  I stopped to go to the Starbucks next to this Einstein Bros Bagels and decided to try Einstein instead. I ordered one breakfast bagel, and waited over 10 minutes for it. When I went to leave the front doors were locked and me and another woman couldn't get out. One of the people working there said to use the side door and didn't seem concerned about the door. My sandwich was also cold, the cheese wasn't melted at all, and it was very salty. This was my first and last time eating here.
